We have all walked into the door of a store and found the clerk on the phone and just ignoring us. As a customer, it doesn’t feel very good, but that would never happen in college admissions, or would it?

    This is such a simple thing that so often goes overlooked! It’s such an CRUCIALLY IMPORTANT thing since first impressions are made within the first 7 seconds of the first contact the student/families make upon stepping foot in a prospective institution. I’ve been showing this to our staff and student ambassadors as a reminder. It’s nice for them to see it this echoed by EXPERTS - they are tired of hearing it from me! :) Thanks again!
