It’s something we think sets us apart from other vendors and a big reason why smart, committed folks like you choose to work with us. As a growing company, it is even more critical that we continue to put our client relationships first. So today I’d like to announce that we’ve done some restructuring in an effort to dedicate even more time and resources to your needs. I’m excited and proud to tell you that I’ve taken a new position as Vice President for Client Experience and will be leading our Implementation, Support and Creative teams. My role will primarily be to ensure that your experiences as a TargetX client are positive and productive and that we’re doing everything we can to set you up for success. In addition, you may have heard that we’ve added a number of other new positions to the team — all of which exist to help us deliver the best client experience possible. Look for more information and announcements of new roles and team members as we begin the new year.
