Learn more about Danielle Pizza
Danielle joined TargetX in February and works out of our Philadelphia office. As the Director of Success and Support, Danielle’s goal is to make sure our clients are successful and solving and roadblocks they may be facing. We asked Danielle to share some insight on her experience before TargetX and some more information on the work she does on a day-to-day basis.
1. Tell us about your background before TargetX?
I spent 10 years in Digital Advertising at PointRoll and most recently Sizmek as Regional Director of Operations. We built cross-platform dynamic digital ads running across desktop, mobile, video and social. I was responsible for driving campaign workflow and resources within a region, providing input on strategic planning, direction and execution of initiatives within a Client Services department. I helped our clients and teams navigate through the campaign lifecycle by providing strong leadership & strategic insights, while always remembering to have fun along the way.
2. What are your main responsibilities at TargetX?
My responsibilities at TargetX are to lead and develop strategies to drive a memorable customer experience through our amazingly talented Support & Success team. I am seeking to understand what it is that will make every client & school uniquely successful, and help achieve that.
3. What’s your favorite TargetX Product?
My favorite TargetX products are all of them. Having come from a digital advertising background, seeing Technology solve problems for customers in higher education is overwhelmingly refreshing! TargetX’s powerful solutions can help a school evolve across all groups like Admissions, Marketing and IT, and yield a more memorable experience for employees and most importantly, the student.
