Job Summary: The Sales Team at TargetX is looking for an Account Executive who is passionate about helping institutions of higher education deliver on their mission. We are seeking a sales performer with experience selling complex technology in a consultative manner, familiarity with student recruitment and/or CRM software, and experience working with higher education.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Development of a territory plan that meets or exceeds quarterly quotas
  • Engagement with prospects via telephone and email, following sales cycle from prospect to successful deal closure. This includes providing prompt responses to every inbound lead and delivering demos as needed.
  • Consulting prospective clients to ensure TargetX solutions will be the right fit and navigating them through a rapid sales process
  • Identification and creation of new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads and outbound sales initiatives and programs.
  • Collaboration with Marketing on lead generation projects.

Experience Required and Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least five years experience in higher ed enrollment or in enterprise software sales. Ideal candidates will have both
  • Familiarity and comfort with CRM technology, preferably Salesforce.com

Client Support Specialist

Director of Client Success

Job Summary: TargetX is seeking an experienced Director of Client Success to lead a team of account managers who are passionate about technology and helping colleges and universities be successful. This position reports into the Chief Revenue Officer and is directly responsible for achieving the company’s client retention and revenue goals. This position will lead a team of account managers who are each assigned a client list and who serve as the single point of contact (quarterback) for clients throughout the client lifecycle. Job Summary:

TargetX is looking for experienced and motivated full-stack Software Engineers to help build our next-generation products and solutions.

In this role, you would be involved in all aspects of software development across our technology stack, including, but not limited to, front-end UI development, back-end services development, data management and persistence, cloud infrastructure setup and deployment, DevOps tooling, and automated testing.

Implementation Consultant

Recruiter and HR Administrator; Office Coordinator
