Fundamental Values

At TargetX, we’ve always been a little different. Different in how we treat our clients, in how we treat each other and in the results that we achieve. That difference is best captured in these six Fundamental Values that are the foundation of our unique culture.

Compassion

We hug our customers. We put people first. Whether it be our fellow Xer needing help, or putting ourselves in the shoes of our customer-we have an empathy for the people with whom we work.

We care about where we live and work and are socially conscious. We get involved in meaningful philanthropic work and we know our company will support you.

Compassion

Zeal

We work hard with a true passion for what we do.We are strategic in our thought process to solve root problems and not just treat symptoms.

We address issues that are presented to us or that are in front of us and feel empowered to make suggestions and drive change.

Zeal

Curiosity

We are always learning. We learn from our peers, from our managers, from our clients and from the market. We have a passion for education and seek out knowledge..

We challenge the status quo and know there is always a better way to do things. If we know how, we make it happen and if we don’t, we find out how.

Curiosity

Candor

We are clear and direct when we communicate. We offer insight and feedback whenever we can. We say what we think even if it is controversial. We care for the people around us which allows us to be direct with them.

We give, seek, encourage guidance no matter what we are doing.

Quality

We do things right. We know that moving quickly is important, but we also know that providing the right solution to the problem is the most important.

Quality is a virture we focus on, seek to deliver and don’t sacrifice.

Grit

We commit to doing something and we don’t stop until we do it.We have the courage to attempt challenging projects, we embrace a failed first attempt and use our creativity to find another approach.

We are resilient with a true optimism that all problems have solutions and that we will figure it out whether it be the first try or the 10th. We know that excellence trumps perfection.
