Our Unique Approach to Training
At TargetX, our approach to training is oriented towards long-term adoption of the CRM. To us, it’s not just about making sure you and your team know how to use the tools we provide (although that’s a big part of it!). More than that, our responsibility is to equip you with the technical knowledge, materials, and confidence so that you can help support your team in their day to day tasks.
Starting in Implementation with consultative sessions and technical knowledge, through the TargetXperience that teaches you how to deliver high-quality training programs, to webinars and Summit sessions, our team promises to work with you to unlock the full potential of the CRM and your users!

The TargetXperience gives you the flexibility to send one, or a few CRM admins and power users to our office for two days of immersive training — and they’ll leave with the tools they need to bring the rest of your staff onboard.
This cohort training model goes beyond basic product knowledge and teaches your admins how to manage new user onboarding and gives your team the chance to network with other institutions who are also about to go live with TargetX.
Xpert Hub and Xpert Academy
TargetX offers two options for self-paced learning via our User Community. Both Xpert Hub and Academy are designed to equip you and your team with technical knowledge necessary for day-to-day CRM usage and administration.
Xpert Hub is designed with a focus on real-world application of technical product knowledge For example, the coursework walks you through the process of building an email template, and then adding a plaintext version, and conditional content, for example, rather than just explaining what each of those items are. Xpert Academy is also available to fulfill any basic training needs your institution may have for our basic product suite, and includes information about core functionality.
