That’s why every client is assigned a dedicated TargetX Account Manager — to help contribute to the successful adoption of our solutions. Account Managers play valuable roles in our customers’ enrollment and retention strategies by serving as trusted advisors that challenge the status quo and inspire innovation on campus.
Our Unique Approach to Training
At TargetX, our approach to training is oriented toward the long-term adoption of the CRM. To us, it’s not just about making sure you and your team know how to use the tools we provide (although that’s a big part of it!). More significantly, our responsibility is to equip you with knowledge, skills, and confidence so you can maximize your use of the CRM and help support your team in their day-to-day tasks.
Throughout implementation, you’ll participate in various learning opportunities. From on-demand training to consultative sessions to train-the-trainer workshops, our goal is to help you unlock the full potential of the CRM and your users!

During implementation, you’ll gain access to Liaison Academy, our learning management system (LMS). Liaison Academy provides various learning resources that focus on the real-world application of technical product knowledge for day-to-day CRM usage and administration.
