Our Philosophy on Training TargetX provides a hands on and customized approach to our CRM training. Our goal is to empower your admins (using a “train the trainer” model) to help establish all users on campus to leverage the full strength of the CRM. Choosing a CRM is a big decision, so learning how to use it is really important to you, your staff, and your campus. We’re not just coming in to do a generic training and then you’ll never hear from us again — we’re here to partner with you, encourage change by reviewing your business processes, and reimagine what’s possible for your team.
