Jill Clark is the Director of Support Services and works out of our Conshohocken, PA office. We sat down with Jill this month to learn more about her higher ed experience before TargetX and what her role as the Director of Support Services entails.
1. What’s your background before TargetX?
I worked in Admissions at a private, multi-campus university, where I handled web communications (email, social networking, web committee stuff…), as well as recruiting a territory.
2. What are your main responsibilities at TargetX?
I run the Support team, handling any technical issues submitted by our clients. Having been on the Support team since joining TargetX over 8 years ago, I put my Salesforce Admin hat on quite often to help our clients get their issues resolved in a timely manner.
3. What’s your favorite TargetX Product?
As a former end user, I’m going to have to go with Email! I’m so excited see how our clients are able to leverage the new Campaign Builder, too!
4. Do you have a quick tip or trick we can share with the group?
When you are looking at your list of Event Attendees for check-in, you can filter by ” * ” to see your full list.
